Founding of a metalworking shop with constant expansion through new factories.

Takeover by Wilhelm Mahr junior. He builds greenhouses and heating systems for garden centers. At this time, the company employs almost 300 people.

During the Second World War, the company building is badly damaged.

After the war, the company experienced an upswing again and employed more than 50 people. Wilhelm Mahr, Jr. dies shortly after the currency reform.

Walter Wilhelm becomes a partner in the company. He expands the product segment to include electronic heaters and mobile cement silos. The company takes the lead in the development of cement mixing plants.

Takeover of the "Conveyor technology" division of Maschinenfabrik Wiesbaden. As a result, the company can offer a complete turnkey production from a single source for the first time.

Decoupling and spin-off of the "greenhouse construction" division by grandson Wilhelm Mahr.

The company gets into financial difficulties due to the early death of important shareholders and files for bankruptcy.
