The base is connected to the silo via a connecting flange. The fluid bottom is covered over its entire surface with air-permeable Aeropertex fabric, through which processed air or other gaseous medium (nitrogen, argon, etc.) is fed to the material to be aerated via a connection piece in the aeration bottom. The fabric is impermeable to even the finest-grained materials. Aeropertex fabric is made of 100% polyester, does not absorb moisture and is resistant to weak acids and alkalis. It is resistant to rotting and weathering, wear-resistant and can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 160\u00b0 C, and up to 180\u00b0 C for short periods. Durch die Luftbeaufschlagung ist das Gewebe selbstreinigend. Depending on the size of the floor, the ventilated area is divided into one or more segments. The material does not have the opportunity to penetrate through the loosening layer.
